Do you offer fixed-price engagements?
Yes. Where scope can be defined clearly — penetration tests, ISO certification programmes, audits, defined software scopes — we quote fixed price with written change control. Open-ended discovery work is time-and-materials by necessity, and we say which applies before you sign.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do, unconditionally, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation. Documentation, evidence packs and test artefacts transfer to you on payment.
Is remediation re-testing included?
Yes. Every penetration testing engagement includes one free remediation re-test with an updated clean-status certificate for your auditors.
What SLAs do you commit to?
15-minute first response for P1 incidents, 99.95% availability targets on managed infrastructure, 24-hour response to new enquiries and 48-72 hour scoped proposals. All written into the contract, not the brochure.
