Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of https://talentitan.com. Engagements for services are governed separately by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SoW), which prevail over these terms in the event of conflict.

2. Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information. Service descriptions, timelines, benchmark figures and outcome ranges are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer, warranty or guarantee of result. Any commitment becomes binding only when set out in a signed SoW.

3. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the demand form or contact form creates no contract and no obligation on either party. Discovery calls and indicative proposals are provided free of charge. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or third-party personal data without lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use our forms for spam, automated submissions or unsolicited commercial content.
• Do not upload malware or content infringing third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, structure and code are owned by TalentITan Global Managed Services unless stated otherwise. For client engagements, all deliverables, source code and documentation created specifically for you transfer to you on payment, as detailed in the applicable SoW. We retain rights in pre-existing tools, frameworks and generic know-how.

6. Confidentiality

Information you submit through our forms is treated as confidential. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before any detailed scoping discussion.

7. Security testing engagements

Penetration testing, red teaming and related offensive services are performed strictly under written authorisation, within an agreed scope and testing window. You warrant that you have authority to authorise testing of all in-scope assets. Third-party-hosted assets require the host's written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from service engagements is governed by, and capped in accordance with, the applicable MSA.

9. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external sites linked from this site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Frankfurt am Main have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
